During my time working with New Horizons Community Charter School, I led a comprehensive rebranding and digital strategy initiative to modernize the school's presence and enhance its communication with the community. My responsibilities included:

Logo Design: Developed a refreshed school logo that reflects the institution’s values of growth, learning, and community. The new mark balances professionalism with approachability, ensuring it appeals to both students and families.

Content Creation: Produced engaging graphics, videos, and written content for both the website and social platforms. This included event promotions, student highlights, newsletters, and community announcements

Website Development & Management: Designed and launched a user-friendly, responsive website that streamlined access to important school information, events, and announcements. I also provided ongoing updates, content uploads, and maintenance to ensure a consistent user experience.

Social Media Management: Managed the school’s official social media channels, developing a consistent content calendar and increasing engagement through timely posts, event coverage, and celebratory highlights. I ensured all content aligned with the school’s mission and voice.

Website Development & Management:
Designed and managed a responsive, accessible school website to centralize information, highlight events, and streamline updates. I maintained the site on an ongoing basis to keep content relevant and timely.

Staff ID Photo Production:
Photographed school staff and designed a polished ID badge template. I managed photo editing and layout to ensure a uniform, professional look.

Holiday Card Design:
Created a custom holiday greeting card that was printed and distributed, adding a warm, festive touch to the school’s communication with families and staff.

Meeting Documentation:
Provided administrative support by recording meetings, ensuring important school decisions and discussions were archived and accessible.

This project not only enhanced the school’s visual identity and digital accessibility but also fostered stronger connections between the school, its families, and the broader Newark community.
